To protect their brand reputation, the customer requested a custom-made, fully automatic fence mesh welding machine to improve production efficiency and product precision.

Automatic track laying system:

The automatic track laying system reduces errors, improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency.

Welding system:

1. Welding electrodes are made of pure copper (22mm diameter), durable.

Automatic bending system:

3D fence mesh panel machine perfect combination of the welding machine and the bending machine; the whole production process is completed by 3 trolleys. After the welding is completed, the No. 1 pull net car will send the fence panel to the No. 2 pull net trolley, and the No. 2 pull net trolley pulls the fence panel to the bending machine part to perform the bending operation. After the bending operation is completed, the 3 good pull net, the trolley pulls the net down the drop, and completes production. The integration of welding and bending saves manpower.
