Description of anti-climb fence machine:
JIAKE ClearVu fence production line is designed for the flexible and economical production of anti-climb fences. An extensive range of modules allows us to adapt the level of automation to customer requirements.
The machine works with pre-straightened, cut-to-length, line, and cross wires. For the greatest flexibility, line wires are, usually managed manually. To make production faster, the line can be advanced by an automatic line wire feeding trolley.
The feeding system will be going back during the welding procedure, to be re-filled, by the operator! That would virtually double the production speed!
The ClearVu fence production line is used to make security anti-climb fences, this machine adopts European pneumatic welding technology and welding speed max up 120 times/min. The clear-view fencing machine is very popular in South Africa.
Like all JIAKE mesh welding machines, the 358 fence machine is modular in design so additional modules like stackers and trimmers can be added to grow with your business. Each mesh welder boasts quick changeover times, easy operation, and maintenance. Typically 1 operator can run the entire line, to suit your budget.
