Our engineer went to Colombia to install reinforcing mesh welding machine DP-GW-2500A from 26 Jun to 3 Jul. The customer bought two sets of 5-12mm steel rebar mesh welding machines and 3 sets of steel bar straightening and cutting machines.

This type of machine is fully automatic for the production of reinforcing mesh in panels.
Line and cross wires feeding is directly from spools, via pay-offs.
The cylinder drives the welding head for welding, the welding is firm and the grid is smooth.
Mesh is advanced and a dedicated cutter is cutting it, at the programmed size.
Automatic transport and stacking of meshes
The entire process is controlled by PLC programming
