The Peruvian customer, a local fencing manufacturer, recently needed to develop a new project to produce retaining walls. The customer required a fully automated production line and was very satisfied with JIAKE’s welding machine for both its equipment quality and production efficiency. The only drawback was that the welded mesh panels still needed to be manually handled, increasing labor costs.
To address the customer’s requirements, JIAKE engineers designed an automated stacking system. After the mesh panels are welded, a robotic arm picks them up and transports them to the stacking location for neat stacking.
