How is the expanded mesh grill made?
1. Feed stainless steel plate/coil, galvanized steel plate/coil, aluminum plate/coil, and other low carbon steel metal materials into an expanded metal mesh grill machine. The feeder only needs to move a few millimeters to create the expanded grid without wasting raw material.
2. According to customer customization, each expanded metal mesh grill machine is equipped with a unique “punching die knife”, which is dedicated to producing customized patterns.
3. Then enter the specifications into the cabinet touch screen to ensure that the metal expands to the exact specifications.
4. The metal is sheared in the process, and then the die knife stretches it, creating holes that cause the metal to expand. The mesh is finally cut into slices or wound into rolls, ready for shipping or further processing.
