Razor Wire and Razor Concertina Production Line used to make razor barbed wire, Concertina razor barbed wire machine including two parts. The punching machine produces razor tape; the concertina razor tape profiling/ coiling line is used to coil razor tape on the wire. Its sharp barbs act as both visual and psychological deterrents, making it ideal for industries such as commercial, industrial, residential, and governmental areas.
First step: Place the stainless steel coil plate on the De-coiler, which can bear up to 2 tons of steel plate.
Step 2: The punching die punches holes in the stainless steel sheet.
Step 3: The slitting machine collects blade strips to prevent them from getting tangled together.
Step 4: Rewind the blade strip to the wire strip coil to facilitate further processing.
Step 5: The coiling machine combines galvanized wire and blade strips into a razor blade shape.
