These machines are designed to be rugged and durable, and offer a range of different pay-off options (DIN or motorized rotating pay-off stand) to suit the weight of the wire. The wire is straightened through a dual rotator assembly driven by a series of feed wheels and cut to length in a high-speed flying shear. This shear is designed to make flush square end cuts at maximum operating speed. The gear between the feed drive and the rotator drive ensures a constant straightening angle under all conditions, thus providing optimal straightness of the finished wire.
