1. Machine production: A CNC gabion machine can be 10000-12000㎡/10hour, a mechanical type machine is only 5000-6000㎡/10hour.
2. Machine capacity motor: CNC gabion machines have three servo motors controlling different parts, 22kw for twist, 11kw for weaving,15kw for mesh rolling. The machine operates more stably, with higher precision and efficiency; in contrast, the mechanical type machine relies on a single 22kW motor to control all parts.
3. CNC machine: Twist number and twist length can be set on the touch screen; a mechanical-type machine can’t adjust them.
4. The CNC machine has four racks on the upper and lower beams, and each rack has power to drive the machine. Therefore, the machine can work with 4mm wire, while the mechanical machine can only work with a maximum of 3.5mm.
5. CNC Machine is easy to operate, workers only need to learn for 1 or 2 days can work the machine skillfully; mechanical machines require the machine with rich experience.
