130m/min Galvanized wire straightening and cutting machine
JIAKE factory mainly produces high-speed straightening and cutting machine series! As an accessory equipment of the mesh welding machine, it is used to prepare and cut metal wires in advance for mesh welding. The entire production line includes an electric/pneumatic pay-off stand, a wire entry cage (required for large-diameter steel bars), a straightening machine, a cutting system, and a blanking rack.

Machine Features:
1. The JIAKE rebar straightening and cutting machine is specially designed for producing straightened bars and cut bars. We provide the best solutions to meet our customers’ production volume requirements
2. There are two types of pay-off stands, pneumatic type, and electric type, both of which can bear 1.5T steel.
3. Siemens motor and PLC programming to accurately control the cutting wire length.
4. The straightening mold is made of alloy, which is not easy to wear and has a long service life.
5. The cutting system can cut wire quickly and accurately with a small error range.
6. The blanking rack automatically stacks wires. The longest length of the blanking rack is 12m.
