We provide online support. When you encounter technical problems, we will immediately discuss solutions with professional engineers and communicate through video conferencing or WeChat (Whatsapp) to troubleshoot machine problems and provide solutions for you as soon as possible.

When your factory space is limited and you need to know the footprint of the machine, our drawing engineers will draw drawings based on your customized production line to clearly express the footprint of each module.

We can also provide 3D videos to give you a better understanding of local parts of the machine.
