Machine Characteristics
1. The machine adopts Mitsubishi (Japan) PLC program and touch screen, CNC control, easy to operate.
2. The razor wires should be put on the sending bracket manually, then move to the welding part.
3. The machine adopts a step motor for mesh moving.
4. The machine adopts a strong magnet to fix the position of razor wires.
5. The welding electrodes can be moved to make different mesh sizes.
6. The welding transformers are water cooling type, which has 8 degrees, the welding current can be adjusted.
7. The machine adopts a positioning device on the side of the bracket to guarantee the razor mesh regular.
8. The machine mainly consists of the electric control cabinet, main welding part, feeding bracket and mesh cutting machine etc.
