Basic Operation Description:
1. The horizontal and vertical lines are pre-straightened and cut.
2. The vertical wire is manually inserted into the diameter feeding trolley; the horizontal wire is put into the banking system, and the wire dropping is controlled by the SMC cylinder.
3. The cylinder controls the welding head for welding, the pressure is uniform, and the welding grid is flat and firm.
4. When the first horizontal wire is welded, the diameter feeding car returns and the worker continues to insert the longitudinal wire, saving time and increasing output.
5. The SMC cylinder controls the mesh pulling system to draw the mesh.
