JIAKE Mesh Welding Machine Successfully Installed in Tanzania
Earlier this month, our technicians visited a customer’s factory in Tanzania to help them install the wire mesh welding machine. The machine is now operating stably at the customer’s facility, and the customer has given high praise for the speed and quality of our equipment.
This customer has been manufacturing and selling building mesh since 1995. Their factory already had six semi-automatic machines, which required manual wire feeding and mesh pulling, resulting in very low efficiency. In April of this year, the customer found our website through Google and contacted us about the new equipment. In May, they visited our factory and were very pleased with the equipment. They signed a $2,000 USD deposit. The machine arrived at the customer’s factory at the end of August, and with the help of our technicians, it is now operating stably.
The customer highly praised the automation and speed of the equipment, saying that the output of one machine could match the output of five other machines currently in the factory. The customer also expressed their willingness to become our distributor for this equipment in Tanzania.
This mesh welding machine is suitable for 3-6mm wire, mesh opening can be 50-300mm, and the mesh width is max.2.5m. The finished mesh can be in a roll or a panel, used for construction.
