The wire drawing machine consists of 7 parts:

1. Pneumatic lifting pay-off frame: The steel wire rod enters the shelling machine through the pneumatic lifting pay-off frame.
2. Shelling machine: There is a thin but important iron layer on the surface of the wire, which is the product of its thermal production process. Through the shelling machine, the iron layer can be shattered and removed, making the drawing process smooth and effective.
3. Pointing machine: used to sharpen the tip of the round wire to obtain a pointed shape. It can more easily pass through the wire drawing die and enter the drawing system to reduce the diameter.
4. Wire drawing machine: It is the largest and most important part of the entire system. It is responsible for drawing the wire and gradually reducing its diameter. The wire enters the first module and is wound around the module, pulled, and guided to the next module until the desired final diameter is obtained.
5. Take-up system: Wind the drawn wire into the take-up system.
6. PLC: Controls the electrical system of the wire drawing machine and can change the speed and pulling force of the wire drawing machine.
7. Butt welding machine: quickly fuse two wires.
