Description:
- The machine is mainly to make steel rebar (2 ribs) from round wire, finally used to make construction mesh.
- When the diameter is less than 10mm, the speed can reach 180m/min. When the wire diameter is 12mm, the speed can reach 120 m/min.
- A set of 10mm and 12mm rollers can be made with three slots for three diameters, with one slot life of 1300-1500T. It can be repaired 3-4 times, and each time after repairing, it can continue roll 1300-1500T. Then the output of one set of rollers is about 6000T * 3 tanks = 18,000 tons of life. If the wire diameter is smaller, the roller can be made of four slots.
