The Mexican customer is a factory in Monterrey that focuses on the deep processing of metal wires. It mainly produces galvanized steel wire for construction, welding mesh raw materials, and industrial bundling wires. Recently, the customer needs to purchase a straight line wire drawing machine as the initial machine for a new project. It draws low-carbon wire with a diameter of 5.5mm to 3.2mm, and requires right-hand wire feeding (non-standard left-hand wire feeding); in response to customer needs, the JIAKE engineering team proposed a 4-module straight line wire drawing machine solution.
The 4-module straight line wire drawing machine consists of four blocks. When the 5.5mm thick wire passes through the first block, it is drawn to 4.8mm, and after passing through the second block, it is drawn to 4.2mm. When passing through the third block, the wire is drawn to 3.7mm, and after passing through the fourth block, it is drawn to 3.2mm. Finally, the wire is collected by a special block. The drawing speed of the entire production line is 9m/second, which meets the customer’s demand for output.
