6-12mm Rebar Straightening and Cutting Machine Customized for Brazilian Customers
A Brazilian customer requested a custom-made 6-12mm straightening and cutting machine to straighten and cut rebar with a small diameter of 6-10mm and a length of 6-12mm. Previously, the JIAKE straightening and cutting machine was equipped with a blanking rack. Engineers noted that the cut rebar, due to its light weight, was prone to slipping or bouncing after cutting.
After 10 days of research, JIAKE engineers decided to incorporate a spiral feeder system. A rotating spiral trough slowly and smoothly conveys the cut rebar, effectively preventing splashing and uneven stacking.

The spiral feeder also features a simple structure, making it relatively easy to manufacture and maintain, and more cost-effective than a blanking rack.
The spiral feeder automatically transports rebar to the stockpile area, making it suitable for processing large batches of uniform lengths and improving production efficiency.

The only drawback of this straightening and cutting machine is that it cannot sort rebar of varying lengths and can only process rebar of a single standard length.
After the transformation by JIAKE engineers, the Brazilian customer was very satisfied with the rebar straightening and cutting machine.
